Why are you located in China? China is home to world-class metal fabrication facilities and skilled craftspeople. How long will it take to receive my order? Production takes 5-10 business days, and international shipping typically takes 10-20 business days. Most customers receive their orders within 3-4 weeks total.
Will I have to pay customs fees? Most orders to the US under $800 qualify for duty-free entry. Customs fees are rare but are the buyer’s responsibility if they occur.
What if my sign arrives damaged? We package every sign carefully, but if damage occurs during shipping, contact us within 7 days with photos and we’ll send a replacement at no cost.
Can I see my design before you make it? Absolutely! We’ll send you a digital proof to approve before we begin production. We don’t start making your sign until you’re 100% happy with the design.
