Gstdb is a manufacturer and seller of custom metal signs. We operate a manufacturing facility in Xiamen, China, where all our custom metal signs are designed and produced to order. We primarily serve customers in the United States and ship products directly from our facility in China to US addresses.

Custom Made-to-Order Products
Important Notice: All metal signs sold by Gstdb are custom-made to order based on your specific design specifications. This means:
- Each sign is manufactured specifically for you after you place your order
- Production begins only after you approve the design proof
- Signs are personalized with your custom text, images, measurements, and preferences
- Custom orders cannot be cancelled, modified, or returned once production begins
Design Approval Process:
Before we manufacture your sign, we provide you with a digital design proof for your review and approval. This proof shows exactly how your finished sign will look, including:
- All text and spelling
- Layout and design elements
- Dimensions and measurements
- Colors and finishes
You are responsible for carefully reviewing this proof and approving it before production begins. Once you approve the design, we will manufacture your sign exactly as shown in the proof.
All custom orders are final sales after design approval. Please review your design, measurements, and specifications carefully before approving your order.
Product Display and Colors
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear on the website. However, we cannot guarantee that your computer monitor’s display of any color will be perfectly accurate.
Due to variations in monitor settings, lighting conditions, and manufacturing processes, actual product colors may vary slightly from what appears on your screen. This is normal and does not constitute a defect.
Product Availability and Limitations
Certain products or services may be available exclusively online through the website. These products or services may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only according to our Return & Refund Policy.
We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products or services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer. Pricing
Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD).
We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.
We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.

When Payment is Charged

SECTION 7 – ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.
You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.
For custom orders: You are responsible for ensuring that all text, images, measurements, and specifications you provide are accurate and correct. We will produce your custom metal sign based on the information you provide and your approval of the design proof. Please double-check all details before approving your order, as we cannot accept returns for buyer errors in provided information.
SECTION 8 – SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
International Shipping from China
All orders are manufactured and shipped directly from our facility in Xiamen, China to your US address.
Shipping Timeline:
- Production time: 5-10 business days after design approval
- Shipping time: 7-15 business days (international shipping from China to USA)
- Total delivery time: Approximately 12-25 business days from order placement
Shipping Methods:
We use reliable international carriers including EMS (Express Mail Service), DHL Express, China Post Packet, and ePacket. The carrier is selected based on your location, package size, and shipping efficiency.
Tracking Information:
You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. You can track your package in real-time from our facility to your doorstep.
Shipping Costs:
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, package size and weight, and shipping method selected.
Customs and Import Duties
Important Information: According to US customs regulations, shipments valued under $800 shipped directly to consumers are generally exempt from customs duties and import taxes (de minimis exemption). Since most of our custom metal signs fall well below this threshold, the vast majority of customers (over 99%) do not pay any customs fees.
In rare cases, US Customs may assess duties, taxes, or fees. If customs fees are assessed, they are the responsibility of the recipient and must be paid before the package is released for delivery. These fees are not included in your order total and are not controlled by Gstdb.
Delivery Issues
Damaged Packages: If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days at [email protected] with photos. We will send a replacement at no cost or provide a full refund.
Lost Packages: If tracking shows no movement for 30+ days or the package is confirmed lost, contact us and we will file a carrier claim and send a replacement or provide a refund.

SECTION 9 – RETURNS, REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
Custom Products – No Returns
Due to the custom, made-to-order nature of our products, custom metal signs cannot be returned or refunded once production has begun and you have approved the design proof.
This policy is standard for personalized products because:
- Each sign is made specifically for you
- It cannot be resold to another customer
- Materials and labor are invested based on your specifications
When Returns ARE Accepted
We will accept returns and provide refunds or replacements in the following situations:
✅ Manufacturing Defects: Quality issues or defects in craftsmanship that are our fault
✅ Damage During Shipping: Signs that arrive damaged, bent, broken, or scratched due to shipping
✅ Our Production Errors: If we made a mistake and the final product does not match your approved design proof
✅ Wrong Item Shipped: If we accidentally sent the wrong product
When Returns Are NOT Accepted
❌ Change of Mind: You no longer want the sign after approving the design
❌ Buyer’s Error: Mistakes in information you provided (spelling, measurements, etc.) that we accurately reproduced
❌ Subjective Preferences: Minor color variations due to screen differences, fonts not meeting expectations after approval, etc.
❌ Delivery Time: Packages that arrive within our stated 12-25 business day timeframe
How to Request a Return
Time Limit: Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order

Review: We will review your claim within 24-48 hours and notify you if your return is approved.
Return Process: If approved, we will provide return instructions and a prepaid return label (for issues that are our fault).
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:
- Refunds are processed within 10 business days
- Money is returned to your original payment method
- Your bank or credit card company needs an additional 3-10 business days to post the refund

- You own all rights to the content, or have obtained all necessary permissions to use it
- Your content does not infringe on any third-party intellectual property rights, including copyrights, trademarks, or patents
- Your content does not violate any laws or regulations
- You have the right to authorize us to use the content to manufacture your order
License to Use Your Content
You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to use your submitted designs and content solely for the purpose of manufacturing and delivering your custom order. We will not use your content for any other purpose without your permission.
Prohibited Content
We reserve the right to refuse any order containing content that:
- Infringes on trademarks, copyrights, or other intellectual property rights
- Is illegal, obscene, defamatory, or hateful
- Promotes violence or discrimination
- Violates any applicable laws or regulations
