- Total: Most orders ship within 2-5 business days from order confirmation
Please note: Custom orders require design approval before production begins. Production time starts after you approve the final design proof.
Shipping Methods

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Quality-Related Returns (Full Refund)
Within 7 days of receiving your custom metal sign, if you discover manufacturing defects or shipping damage, you may be eligible for a return and full refund.

- Include your order number and detailed description of the issue
- Our quality control team will review your claim (usually within 24-48 hours)
- If approved, we will provide return instructions
Return Requirements:
- Items must be returned in original packaging and condition

Shipping Damage We Cover:

- Keep all original packaging materials
- We will work with you to file a claim with the carrier
- We’ll provide a replacement or full refund once claim is approved
CUSTOM DESIGN POLICY – NO RETURNS
IMPORTANT: Due to the personalized nature of custom metal signs, the following are NOT eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges:
Not Covered:
- ✗ Customer specification errors (incorrect text, dimensions, colors, or design details provided by customer)
- ✗ Design dissatisfaction after approval and production
- ✗ Size or finish changes after order confirmation
- ✗ Spelling or text errors in customer-provided content
- ✗ Color/finish appearance different from expectations (minor variations are normal)
- ✗ “Not what I expected” or subjective dissatisfaction
- ✗ Changed mind after production begins
- ✗ Signs that have been installed, mounted, or altered
- ✗ Clearance or final sale items
Why Custom Orders Are Final:
Custom metal signs are manufactured specifically for you based on your approved design. Once production begins, the materials and labor cannot be reused or resold. This is why we provide design proofs for your approval before production.
CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY
When ordering custom metal signs, customers are responsible for:
- Providing Accurate Information:
- Correct text, spelling, and punctuation
- Accurate dimensions and measurements
- Proper color selections from our available options
- High-quality images or logos (if applicable)
- Design Proof Approval:
- Carefully reviewing the design proof we send you
- Checking all text for spelling and accuracy
- Verifying dimensions and specifications
- Confirming colors and finishes
- Understanding that production begins immediately after your approval
- Understanding Production Process:
- Custom orders cannot be cancelled once production begins
- Design changes after approval may incur additional fees
- Production timeline starts after design approval
- Color variations between screens and physical products are normal

EXCHANGES
Exchanges are only possible for:
- Manufacturing errors on our part
- Defective products due to production issues
- Wrong items shipped in error
Not eligible for exchange:
- Custom design changes
- Size modifications
- Customer specification errors
- Change of mind after approval
If you need a different size or design after ordering, you would need to place a new order at current pricing.
DAMAGED OR LOST PACKAGES
Package Marked as Delivered But Not Received:
- Check with neighbors or household members
- Look around your delivery location (porches, garages, mailroom)
- Contact the carrier with your tracking number
- Wait 48 hours (sometimes packages are marked delivered early)
- If still not located, contact us at [email protected] and we’ll help file a claim
Package Lost in Transit:
If tracking shows your package is lost or stuck for more than 10 days:

- We will investigate with the carrier
- Once confirmed lost, we’ll send a replacement or issue a refund
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Customs & Duties:
International customers are responsible for:
