RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Our Commitment Your satisfaction is our top priority. Before initiating any return, please contact us via email to discuss the issue first.

Quality-Related Returns (Full Refund) Within 7 days of receiving your custom metal sign, if you discover manufacturing defects or shipping damage, you may return the item for a full refund. You are responsible for return shipping costs. Items must be returned in original packaging and condition. Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will process a full refund of the purchase price (shipping fees excluded). Our quality control team makes the final determination on whether issues are manufacturing-related.

Manufacturing Defects We Cover:

  • Incorrect materials or finishes (not matching our specifications)
  • Physical damage during production
  • Missing mounting hardware (if included)
  • Significant color variations from our standard options

Custom Design Policy – No Returns Due to the personalized nature of custom metal signs, the following are NOT eligible for returns or refunds:

  • Customer specification errors (incorrect text, dimensions, colors, or design details provided by customer)
  • Design dissatisfaction after approval and production
  • Size or finish changes after order confirmation
  • Spelling or text errors in customer-provided content
  • Color/finish appearance different from expectations
  • “Not what I expected” or subjective dissatisfaction

Customer Responsibility Customers are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate specifications, text, and dimensions
  • Carefully reviewing and approving design proofs before production
  • Double-checking all spelling and details in submitted designs
  • Understanding that custom orders cannot be cancelled once production begins

Exchanges Exchanges are only possible for manufacturing errors on our part. Custom design changes, size modifications, or customer specification errors are not eligible for exchange.
