5. PRODUCT WARRANTY Our custom metal signs are warranted against manufacturing defects and material faults for 12 months from the date of purchase. This warranty covers defective craftsmanship but does not cover normal weathering, inappropriate installation, or damage due to extreme weather conditions.

6. CUSTOM ORDERS Custom and personalized metal signs are made to order based on customer specifications. Please carefully review all details before confirming your order. Once production begins, changes cannot be made and orders cannot be cancelled.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY Customers are responsible for ensuring they have the right to use any logos, images, or designs submitted for custom signs. We reserve the right to refuse orders that may infringe on copyrights or contain inappropriate content.
