That graphic will either be sent as a digital photo to you or be used to laser engrave one of our many physical products.

Please see above Personalization Box next to the product photos and follow the product personalization instructions as each product is different. Should you forget or make an error please send me via messages.

We will type your text etly how you spell it, including punctuation. If we need to make changes to line spacing or size and other such details we will at our discretion to best suit each product look.

If you would like names or other text written in another language other than english please chose that option above. There is an additional fee due to the amount of extra work and time required to edit the photo of the text you need to provide. Please provide a photo, preferably a black and white screenshot of the text Etly how you want it to look via messages. Text in any language only no designs.

Custom Photos

Not all listings have custom photos or photo artwork. Please see product photo and above description. If it does read below.

Please send us the custom photo/s you would like to use after you place your order. You can send the photo/s through messages.

Send the best quality, size and resolution photo that you would like to use. The lower the quality of your image or lower lighting, the lower the quality of the finished product may be. Please use lighter images/photos and not dim or dark light when possible. If a photo is too dark or too low resolution we will ask you to provide another photo. We will do our best to work with what you give.

The finished product colors may vary slightly from the colors of the preview design due to different monitors and you photo raises and lowers the lightness/darkness of our overall design. the darker your photo the darker the overall design including our artwork.

Colored artwork lasers in grayscale using microdots. We do not offer color engravings at this time. Color photos are for digital download only. You can use them to create your laser designs but the product will always be grayscale/black and white unless you select digital download.

If you are purchasing a collage please see product photo for # placement order and name your files accordingly so we know which photo goes to what placeholder and send us a message.

All USA shipping is FREE (usually ships by USPS), international shipping calculated by location option may vary.

By purchasing you agree to the following.

All products are usually made right away same day after payment and all required information has been provided. We are not responsible for any errors in information provided by you. Please check ALL information including photos and text for products before completing purchase.

Any corrections made after purchase will be applied only if product has not yet been created. If the product has already been created and you still wish to have it corrected you will be required to purchase another of the same product (at a discounted price) and agree to forfeit the original product with the error to be recycled. All recycled products will not be shipped and only the corrected product will be sent. (Please understand this is do to the cost of time lost in work already done when the error was created as it takes a lot of time and work)

All sales final, sorry no returns or refunds.

All items are created on demand. This production time is incl in the shipping time. Most items will be shipped much faster than the stated shipping time. We have over estimated to be sure we get you your product on time during the high volume seasons.

International buyers, any issues with customs is the responsibility of the buyer not the seller but we will do our best to help should a problem arise.

We are not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged packages. Insurance does not cover handmade goods no matter what anyone tells you!
