Outdoor Commercial Signage – Custom Metal Letters

These custom outdoor metal letters are made out of 3/16" thick steel and are 3", 4", 5", or 6" tall.
We can use your own custom font or one of ours to create handmade and unique sign letters that match your own personal style or branding. These letters are perfect for small business signs, neighborhood entrance letters, event venue signs, church signs, and more.

Price is per character. Each letter is custom made from American-made steel using our laser CNC.

We will send you a design proof with measurements when we receive your order. You have 24 hours to review the proof and make any changes before your order goes into production. Changes made after this window may incur a design fee and push back the delivery date.

ABOUT THE COATING
These letters will arrive with our premium exterior grade powder coating, making them ideal for outdoor applications. Our in-stock color choices are in the listing photos.
For White or Gold/Brass exterior grade letters, please add the "Exterior Grade White" or "Gold/Brass Powder Coating" listing to your cart when checking out. These colors require extra steps and materials so they cost more.
Include your finish choice in the personalization text box when ordering.
If no finish choice is incl, Satin Black is the default color.

ABOUT YOUR FONT
In the listing photos are our fonts #1-#20. These are our most popular fonts. We can also use your own custom font. *
If no font choice is incl, Font #1 is the default for this listing.

We also have a cursive font available – message us for a price quote. For orders with upper and lowercase letters, or all lowercase letters, the font size will be for the tallest letters in the text. All other letters will be the standard proportional size. We can also do symbols like . & $ @, custom logos, or whatever else you might need.

MOUNTING HOLES + INSTALLATION
These letters will come with holes drilled and matching screws. Most letters will have at least 2 holes.

LETTER SIZE
This listing is for 3" to 6" tall letters. The width measurement will vary by letter. If you are trying to work with a specific size space, please message us your text, letter size, font, and the size of the space you are working with.

We have letters 3 to 12 tall listed on our page, for other sizes please message us.

PROCESSING TIME
We cut out our steel letter orders in bulk about once a week. If you are in need of your order sooner than the quoted production time, please message us.
