All of our metal signs @Unique Custom Create are made from thick and sturdy material (14 gauge) that we produce on our state of the art, CNC Fibre Laser, This machine produces very fine and accurate detail within the metal. This process requires no grinding and polishing but rather ready to head straight to the next stage of sandblasting. Once again going over and beyond, we add another extra step to assure the powder coating is adhered perfectly (a little step we have tested over the years). Powder coated parts are best suited for outdoors in the elements along with indoors. Once packaged and ready for shipping/ gifting, we include stainless steel screws and decorative caps to make the installation as easy as possible.
