Returns / Exchange:
We do not accept returns or exchanges for custom designs because every item is customize to order specifically for you. If for some reason, there is an error/mistake on your design or the mat is damaged during shipping please reach out to us so we can resolve. Please double check your order and notify us immediately if you need to make any changes to the design.
